London-listed metals exploration company, Power Metal, has made a groundbreaking discovery at its Perch River uranium project in Saskatchewan, Canada. Through hyperspectral data analysis, the company has identified a series of helium anomalies on the project, one of which appears to be highly significant.
Scientists believe that this particular anomaly indicates the presence of buried uranium mineralization or the leakage of helium from an underground reservoir. This exciting finding has greatly surpassed Power Metal’s expectations and is expected to pave the way for further positive developments in their uranium portfolio.
To further investigate this discovery, Power Metal plans to conduct a high-resolution soil sampling grid over the target area. Additionally, they are keen to engage the expertise of a helium gas specialist to determine the best course of action for their next steps.
Power Metal’s CEO, Sean Wade, expressed his enthusiasm about the discovery, stating, “The strength of this anomaly far exceeds what we had anticipated. We are excited about the potential it holds and look forward to sharing more positive news regarding our uranium portfolio.”
